Ingredients

300 – 325g lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 packet (3.5g) active dry yeast
500g plain flour
10g teaspoons salt

Nduja / Mozarella sauce:

4 pizzas

2 balls mozarella

50g Nduja

4tbsp plain flour

50g Butter

500ml milk

Grated nutmeg

Add butter, milk, flour to pan, cook through until bubbling. Add nduja and stir, add chopped mozarella, cook until melted.

 

Method

Add the flour, sugar and salt and mix, add the yeast and mix, add the water. With the hook attachment start to combine on low speed #1, scrape the hook and then raise to medium speed #2 and knead for approximately 10-12 minutes or until you have a smooth elastic dough (scrape the hook halfway through kneading).
